I'm Jami Ojala — a project and organisational coordinator, event producer, and data analytics student from Espoo. I combine practical operations experience, international governance, and technology in ways that bring clarity to complex situations.
My background spans international federation crisis governance, national coordination of a Finnish youth organisation, and IKEA's claims processes. Every role has taught the same lesson: scale runs on systems, not goodwill.
On the side, I build Impact Node studio and its products — Vantnod, Nordbrief, and others. I don't just talk about AI, I code and ship it myself.

Impact isn't a separate department — it runs through everything. From youth work to international governance, from data to event production.
Youth work and children's rights
Volunteer work in youth organisations since 2014. At Nuoret Kotkat, I produced 20+ camps, trainings, and events per year for over 500 young people across Finland. Every event was an opportunity to build inclusion and learn leadership.
International solidarity
A year in Brussels with IFM-SEI. Member relationships across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America. Conflict-zone diplomacy through the Willy Brandt Centre Jerusalem.
Civic engagement
Grant applications, municipal collaboration, national youth policy discussions. I build bridges between organisations, municipalities, and funders.
Data and analytics
BBA studies at Xamk (data analytics, 2024–2027). Power BI, Excel, statistical thinking. I connect data to practical decision-making — not metrics for metrics' sake.
