The problem
Most venture builders fail on the same motion. Every new company reinvents legal, financial, and operational infrastructure from zero. Founders burn months before they ship anything. Investors pay for it twice, once in capital, once in delayed outcome.
The thesis
A studio should own the machine. Shared infrastructure (entity formation, books, ops, hiring playbooks) amortised across multiple bets. Founders show up and build the product. The studio handles everything that isn't product-market fit.
The portfolio
Four internal ventures at different stages, one standard of execution. Vantnod attacks small-business accounting with an AI-first stack. Skimpact operates a natural-cosmetics storefront. Nordbrief builds the grant OS for Nordic civic orgs. Skillgraft is a concept for curating AI tools into real workflows.
The operator model
I'm not a passive investor. I coordinate, I execute, I step into the function that's missing. Finance, distribution, hiring, product strategy, whichever is the constraint. The goal isn't to be indispensable. The goal is to build companies that outgrow me within twelve months.
